Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Wanderwave Travels. By accessing our website, communicating with our
agents, or booking any travel packages through us, you are agreeing to be bound by the
following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with your booking.
Booking and Payments
We strive to make your booking process as transparent and straightforward as possible:
- Advance Payment: To secure a booking for flights, hotels, or complete
packages, a non-refundable advance payment (usually 30% to 50% depending on the
itinerary) is required.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared at least 15 days
prior to the date of departure. Failure to complete the payment may result in the
automatic cancellation of your booking.
- Pricing Fluctuations: Package prices are subject to change without
prior notice due to fluctuations in airfare, hotel tariffs, government taxes, or
exchange rates until the final payment is received.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is structured as
follows:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure: 25% of the total package cost
will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total package cost will
be deducted.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure, or in case of a no-show: 100% of
the total package cost will be forfeited (No Refund).
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10 to
15 business days after the cancellation request is acknowledged in writing.
Travel Documents and Responsibilities
As a traveler, it is your sole responsibility to ensure you are legally prepared for the
journey:
- You must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Passport,
Driving License, etc.) at all times during the trip.
- Wanderwave Travels is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by invalid
documentation.
- Travelers are expected to maintain punctuality during group tours or transfers. The
company will not be held liable for any missed flights, trains, or sightseeing
opportunities due to the traveler's delay.
Force Majeure and Liabilities
Wanderwave Travels acts exclusively as an agent for airlines, hotels, transporters, and other
service providers. Therefore, we hold no liability for:
- Any loss, injury, or damage to person or property in connection with any accommodation,
transportation, or other services.
- Delays, alterations, or cancellations in the itinerary caused by unforeseen events such
as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, or
roadblocks (Force Majeure).
- Any additional expenses incurred by the traveler due to such unforeseen circumstances;
these must be borne entirely by the traveler.
Itinerary Alterations
While we make every effort to adhere to the confirmed itinerary, Wanderwave Travels reserves the
right to modify or alter the travel plan if dictated by unavoidable circumstances (e.g.,
severe weather, road closures). We will provide the best possible alternative without
compromising the quality of the experience.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions, or related to the services provided
by Wanderwave Travels, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New
Delhi, India.
